I am sad to say that our experience was not the greatest tonight. My husband and I ordered two different kinds of grilled chicken but his was inedible. When we brought the attention to the manager he tried to make excuses saying well both chickens are the same. I understand sometimes people fake it to get free food but all we wanted was an edible meal. Upon his reaction we just agreed with him to take the chicken off our ticket. A good manager in my opinion would refer to either a better cooked replacement or even comp the meal entirely. The waiter was a great guy and will be tipped accordingly hopefully he doesn't have to share with his manager.
Food good as always. Had a new server tonite who was great. Obviously nervous; second shift alone. Very attentive very friendly and gave my dining party more than enough time to talk and visit. James will be an asset to this Friday's
Food was great. Ribs for 12.95 on Friday is an awesome deal. Service was acceptable. Manager on duty worked his butt off making sure everything was great. Plenty of parking and easy in and out on Biltmore avenue.
After visiting the area went for a bite to eat and was surprised the restaurant had no options for food everything was out. I ordered and found out when my party recived their food that what I ordered was out. Would have been good to eat with my party..... Bad bad service and communication
Very, very poor service.... And the restaurant wasn't even crowded. I really enjoy certain items from this chain restaurant, but unfortunately I will not be going back to this location. Sat down, had hostess grabbed us drinks, after that, waited 25 minutes until someone came and took our order. My fiance wanted to pay for our sodas and leave, but it was already so late, so we stayed. Spent 2 hours here, 9PM-11PM and all that was ordered was an appetizer and 2 entrees. We're new to the area and I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed that I will not be returning. The food wasn't even as good as a typical TGI Fridays Location. Not worth their menu prices.
