Employees were complaining that they didn't expect or want to be busy during the mid afternoon. Burrito wrapping was awful and the tables were all dirty. Our experience was less than acceptable.
Extremely friendly and personable staff. Clean location. Usually no wait. And of course. As always. The food is delicious :).
Another stingy Chipotle where they pretend to put lots on your bowl, but don’t. I ordered double meat and my wife asked for a smaller single portion since she doesn’t eat much and the cashier had to go ask the person who prepped my meal which one was the double. Didn’t even come up to the edge of my bowl.
I said something to the gentleman during checkout and he just blew it off. NOT the level of service I've seen throughout the US at these places. Very poor experience and I'd advise a review of the attitudes and service abilities of the staff.
I usually love Chipotle and this negative review is constructive criticism that I hope is taken to heart.
Perty much everyone working here is super friendly. Don't know what else someone needs to say about a chipotle. You should already know what you're getting
The staff here stood out and wasn't the most pleasant. The woman adding topping to the orders was yelling at customers and honestly causing a disturbance in the restaurant. The place was so incredibly loud with the music playing, and her yelling... it was uncomfortable. The woman also wasn't looking at me or the other customers, just yelling the items out in question format.
