Best food and service... EVER! Stopped in on a roadtrip and was greeted by the kind men who run the place. They exemplify the mentality of people you find here in Asheville - warm and friendly like family. The food exceeded expectations, my turkey sandwich was made with real turkey, unlike subway. The prices are also excellent. If you're in Asheville, you need to come by and see this place to believe it!
Got the Italian hoagie and she got the Turkey BLT on gluten free sub bread. Best restaurant for fresh locally made food near to my work. They offer sandwich platters as part of their catering options. Nice nearby place to eat.
TRY THE WINGS! I know. I know. “It’s a sandwich shop.” But the wings are amazing! They are breaded so if battered ain’t you’re thing don’t bother. But if it is, you gotta. Also got the Cuban and the prime rib sandwiches. Also amazing.
Used Google to find best restaurants near me. I was hungry and wanted to find the best vegan food nearby. Best places to eat on Haywood Road popped up. On this strip there is Mexican, Italian and Diner type restaurants. Not interested in steakhouses or seafood places. I found Asheville Sandwich Company near my location. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner all day. Their menu is great. I ordered the vegetarian and my girlfriend had the tofu bahn mi on a gluten-free hoagie roll. Best sandwiches we've had in a long time!

Very plain looking from outside but when you go in and see the sandwiches being brought out to the customers and bite into your order, it is a delightful, satisfying experience! I had the pork shoulder sandwich and it was delicious! Don't worry there is plenty of napkins and you will need them.
