So just for a heads up, there is normally a line for this restaurant... however the food is always well worth the wait! It's pretty cool to be able to create your own burger and everything is made deliciously! They also have a few vegetarian options that are very good... especially their salads which are always very tasty!
The best burgers period! Batter coated onion rings, which I can't find many places (and I love!) Fresh shakes with real whipped cream on top, and crispy fries. Funky Asheville atmosphere
The Good: The fries were outstanding. I can honestly say these fries were on some Five Guys level quality - maybe even better.
Good burger with a family friendly atmosphere. You're gonna wait in line to order their grass fed beef burgers, but it's worth it. If you have little ones in tow they did seem to have the usual crayons and coloring stuff. We did enjoy the food and the massive amount of fries that came with it. Good selection of toppings for burgers. They did have some limited outdoor seating that was covered.
The Bad: The burger was honestly sub-bar. I expected a lot better than what I got. It wasn't necessarily bad, but when it's advertised as being a different type of burger (Grass Fed) I anticipated it would be better than your typical burger from a restaurant.. this was not the case.
100% Worth the wait! Fries were better than Five Guys and it was maybe the best burgers I've ever had. Great selection of beers too. 11/10 Would recommend.

The Ugly: There was a 40 minute wait to order our food. The 40 minute wait is in a line. You're not sitting down at a table, with a drink in front of you, you're standing in a line that in our case was literally out the door at one point. Once we ordered we got our food very quickly, but it definitely wasn't a "worth-the-wait" experience like I thought it would be.
