If you are a local of Asheville or from out of town, please visit and enjoy thier thoghtful, delicious live food served with quiet joy.
Good food, sorta pricy but on par with any other juice bar I've been to. It was nice to stop by and try their take on a vegan cheesecake though I'm not sure if the dried rose on top was exclusively for Instagram. The sipping broth was my favorite, just what I needed that morning to warm up.
Elements is one of the best restaurants in town! Focusing on fresh, quality ingredients and keeping it healthy and simple, each option is delicious. All of the juice is pack full of needed nutrition, but my favorite by far is the cocoa and maca milks. Seriously you have to try it! The ambiance is perfect. Open, green and clean. The staff is always in a great mood. And the owners Zach and Jenny are dedicated to offering this great quality and tasty food and are just wonderful human to know. EAT THERE.
To say we were deliously delighted would be completely accurate. Their hot sipping broth got our motor humming with its frangrant clear broth with the hit of ginger that energizes and soothes. We followed up with the ALT panini that made the avocado lover in us rejoice. Now we were on a roll and ended with a coconut raw pie and a strawberry mouse with cashew carmel topped with a handmade chocolate rosette.
One of the most pristine and friendly environments. The living food is amazing!
After Amanda Newman's comments related to gluten free offerings at Elements, I called to ask the same questions. I asked if they have gluten free lunch options, and was told "we're not certified gluten free, but we have gluten free sandwiches." I asked which gluten free bread they use, and was told Sami's millet and flax bread. I agree with Amanda that the Sami's website makes clear that the bread contains gluten, and even after she alerted them, I was still misled. I usually love to support plant-based restaurants but in this case, anyone with food sensitivities or other specific questions of importance should steer clear.
We discovered this local vegan raw organic gem using our Happy Cow app and had decided it would be the last place in Asheville we would eat before heading back home.
