I absolutely love this place. I have never ordered something I didn't like and the vast majority of staff I have encountered there are very polite and some have even gone out of their way to help facilitate special requests. The Mongolian Tofu is a revelation.
New management sucks!!! I was told once they don't deliver to my area after 7:30pm, second time I was told they don't deliver to my area after 7pm. The fact that I absolutely love this place is what's so upsetting. At least get your lies together.
Got some food this past week was my first time. Ordered the Chicken Fried Rice. Very good and tasty. The guy who answered the phone was extremely nice. Definitely will be back.
Food is okay. Not much to compare it to in Asheville. A couple things I will say, though, are they don't know how to make food "hot" or "spicy" and for some strange reason it just took an hour and fifteen minutes to deliver SOUP and two orders of egg rolls! I doubt there's rush hour in this town at 7 pm let alone hundreds of people blowing up the phone on a Wednesday. Not sure we're calling these yahoos up again. Sorry guys.
Okay so I ordered here tonight. The girl on the phone was super nice but she took my whole order and then told me that it would be an hour and a half to two hours before it would arrive. I almost canceled but figured I had a few things to do in between. When it arrived the delivery guy was really nice and the food was sooooo worth it. Rice was cooked perfect. Spring roll was the best i have ever had. Chicken was real with lots of sauce and fresh veggies. Absolutely loved everything about this place!!! Must eat for takeout chinese in Asheville.
