One of the higher ups, named Steve, also has a long sordid history of sexually harassing his employees. He touches people inappropriately (on the lower back, rubs their shoulders, grabs asses once or twice) and has said some incredibly inappropriate things at the workplace. He once leaned in to a female employee and told her if “she made the same mistake again” he’d “take her out back and spank her.” ALL of the female employees are uncomfortable around him, and many of the men. He has been taken to HR several times and reported by the staff, and every time it has been brushed under the rug.

Wednesday Night kids eat for 99 cents! A great option for salad, soups, and sandwiches. My little one loves the kids spaghetti and meatballs.

Their entire delivery network has become a disaster after they’ve adopted a “no saying no” policy to orders. For instance, if 5 people call in for delivery at 12pm, they will say yes, despite only having 2 drivers at the time. That means you will NOT get your food, and they will NOT warn you saying that they have many orders at the time. They will promise you 12, and be unable to deliver. On top of this, the kitchen often will mess up orders since they are in such a hurry. I once, as a customer, overheard the manager telling a delivery driver that he had to drive back 30 minutes away to return HIS tip to an irate customer that had been given the wrong food. When the driver refused, he was threatened with firing.

The manager and staff were so accommodating. Best experience I have had in a while.

I was highly disappointed! This has to be the dirtiest restaurant I have ever visited! The chairs were absolutely filthy along with tables full of dirty dishes piled high and not having been wiped down. Floors were full of food debris that had been walked over and spread throughout the restaurant! Gross! Absolutely disgusting!

I used to work at this place. They pay their employees like garbage, below McDonalds levels, and because of this they have a hard time keeping anyone on. They often have to hire an entire staff of young high school students who don’t know how to work, because any adult with bills cannot afford to work there. They also treat their employees terribly. A few examples – the company has a policy if you work there for 60 days, you get a $100 sign on bonus. Management lied about this bonus and purposefully kept it from people, often telling them if they accepted it their job would be in jeopardy. They berate and insult their employees over small mistakes, generally keep spirits low, and overwork everyone on their staff. Their shift supervisor type managers are underpaid as well as overworked – being denied overtime pay, bonuses, and paid vacation times. Raises are supposed to come once a year and are often denied, and if given, are as low as $25 cents. It’s also common policy to give double shifts to people every day of the week so they don’t have to pay for the 2 hours between lunch and dinner – this means you’ve got the same guy working morning and closing shift with a small break. His entire day is gone. By the time you get there to eat, nobody is in a good mood and ready to make your sandwich.

So many choices, the food was amazing, the staff was friendly, our food came out fast and was delicious. We got a Reuben (tons of meat!) And a turkey panini both with chips with a drink and was $20. Very filling! We will be back!

This is a business that abuses it’s employees, and that will often mean you’re going to get mediocre food. Don’t eat here. It’s not worth it.

This place is a disaster. Do not order delivery from here – it will probably not arrive on time. I would also suggest against ordering food here, too. They are your usual cash-grubbing sort of business and often serve food that I would say is not good anymore, especially the meats.
