I recently visited the Hendersonville Rd location and as usual it was very busy. I ordered my son a kids meal and when I went to pay my debit card wasn't going through. The girl at the window gave it to me on the house and I just wanted to say how appreciative I was. She was so friendly despite how busy they were. I wish I knew her name but either way good job Chick-fil-A, customer service is on point!

Very busy - as always. This Chik-Fil-A is the only one for at least 15 miles in any direction and the drive thru traffic is always wrapped around the building. However, the service is courteous and the food is always fresh and delicious.
We go here for lunch once or twice a week and the staff are always nice and courteous but the food is kinda hit or miss though. Sometimes it's fresh but most of the time it's a little cool.
