I ordered the chicken with the pasta and sauce I couldn’t finish it I ordered it and picked it up. I literally threw up what I ate. Idk what it was but I eat that pasta each time I go there. But it made me sick.
Could not eat our appetizer before our main course because no one brought plates. Food was great. Waitress came to check us out explaining how to check out with kiosk said we were all set. However we wanted to order dessert!
I ordered online this evening. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:07pm. I arrived at 5:05pm and parked in the appropriate car side to go spot. At 5:20pm I walked inside because no one had been out to deliver my food or take my money. I waited inside for about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. The waitress took my money and told me that my order was almost ready and she would bring it out to me. I finally got my food at 5:40pm. I ordered a salad. When I got home and opened my salad, the lettuce was brown :(. Super disappointed in the service and food quality of this Applebees.
Seemed nice at first, though, the steak I ordered was cut into when my dinner arrived, obviously the cook was unskilled and did not know how to properly check the steak for the level that it had been cooked. And no bread served at Applebee's, very sad. Applebee's overseas still has bread and a much higher quality of staff, service and quality of food. Thoroughly disappointed. 20 and 30 years ago, Applebee's was good, I won't eat there ever again.
MacKenzie is the best server we have ever had. She made our dining experience amazing. Very attentive and all around great server!!
