I have been a patient at this clinic for about 6 months. However, I will be changing doctors. I had a simple procedure done, that I have had other places. The doctor did not have good bedside manner and was not gentle with me, which made an unnecessarily painful procedure, painful. Also, I got a common cold, and needed a note for work. They did not work with me at all. They did not have an availability. They told me to go to an urgent care for the cold. I chose the clinic because they sell it like they will always try their best to see their patients. This is not true, and they are not at all helpful.
After finally being able to take part in semi affordable health insurance I was happy to find a new doctor! I have had many minor health concerns that had been neglected far to long due to my lack of insurance. I called to inquire about becoming a patient with the family health centers. I had done some research however it is hard to just choose a doctor based on an online profile. They asked me how I would like to see and I said I didn't know and asked for recommendations. They acted like that was the first time anyone had ever asked that question, they told me to choose a doctor and call them back with no advise or recommendations. I asked them to just give me the next opening they had and I would see how I liked that doctor. I am not a picky person, but I do think being in a doctors office can make most people feel pretty uncomfortable in the first place, I just really wanted a doctor that would listen and make me feel comfortable. My two year old's doctor is so nice and bubbly and explains how your body works and why things happen. It's just a nice experience there and I was looking for something similar. I DID NOT GET WHAT I WANTED.
I also spoke with the doctor about my mild acne issue. I asked him if he could refer me to a dermatologist. He told me no, that he needed to try to treat it before he referred me to someone else. Understandable, he gave me some cream that basically peeled the skin off my face. It's was awful, I called to see if he could refer me since it didn't help me it just burnt my face off... They told me I would have to come in and they could try another treatment.
I have been going to FHC ever since Dr. Jeff Graham arrived. He is absolutely THE BEST! Dr.Graham Listens, Explains and he CARES! I cannot say enough great things about him. If you are looking for a New Doctor, I Highly recommend Dr. Graham

Love FHC. The Canton office is wonderful. Our kids see Dr Kurowski, but we have seen all of the docs at some point. As an RN for 12 years, I know without a doubt that this practice offers holistic and competent care. They are also willing to work with you on a vaccine schedule.

The doctor asked me what he could do for me. I had multiple things to ask him. I had him look at a spot on my leg that had been hurting me and had grown into what looked like a small cist. He insisted it was a wart and tried to freeze it off. It hurt so so bad but I was glad he could remove it and it wasn't anything serious. About two months went by and it never fell off it proceeded to hurt worse and worse. I ended to going to another doctor because I was so concerned. TURNS OUT I WAS A CANCER SPOT! THIS DOCTOR TOLD ME THAT THE CANCER SPOT I HAD TO EVENTUALLY HAVE REMOVED WAS A WART!! Words cannot express my anger here.

No way! This is seriously they worst establishment I have ever ever been to please for your own health and love of your own body DO NOT LET THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE TREAT YOU!!
