Excellent! Everyone is always so kind and friendly. They are very quick but efficient. Asheville eye could very easily sold me a new pair of glasses but advised me to wait until after my next appointment. That is old time honesty and courtesy. Love these guys.
Fantastic facility! From check-in to check-out, a great experience. Dr. Stone is amazing!! The staff is wonderful!! I’ve been a patient since 2011 and I have zero complaints!! I actually look forward to my visits with Dr. Stone and the rest of the staff.
I have been a patient of Dr. Tom Beardsley at Asheville Eye Associates for about 5 years now. Dr. Beardsley and his staff, as well as the administration people, have always been friendly, courteous, and professional. And the same with the on-site optical shop, where you can purchase frames, have lens made, or just get your glasses adjusted and cleaned. I would highly recommend Dr. Beardsley, as well as, Asheville Eye Associates whenever you're in need of eye care. They are a pleasure to deal with.
Staff is friendly and courteous. The offices, waiting rooms and rest rooms are clean and cheery. Dr. McLean is my doctor. He is a caring, concerned professional and I always feel well-taken care of and well- informed about my eye health after seeing him.

The medical staff (both doctors and assistants) is knowledgeable, supportive, friendly, & very willing to answer whatever questions you may have. The optical staff are also helpful, courteous and patient.
