Five years ago CFP dropped my daughter from being a patient without informing me. I found out later when I needed a doctor of reference. I'd not taken my daughter for any check ups, since she was healthy, so she was dropped.
I went to see CFP on Wed. 12/16/09. I was given a prescription which I was told could be filled in 15 minutes at my pharmacy. CFP never filed the paperwork to my insurance, State Employees. So here it is the following Monday, and I'm told they will get to it by Wednesday 12/23!
I have waited over an hour in the CFP waiting room when I had an appointment. Last week, I heard an irate parent I know complaining that she and her son with pink eye had to wait over an hour!
DR. HAAKSMA IS GREAT! WE JUST MOVED TO TOWN & WERE SO APPREHENSIVE ABOUT SEEING A NEW PEDIATRICIAN BUT DR. HAAKSMA & HIS STAFF MADE US FEEL SO AT EASE. THEY TREATED OUR LITTLE GIRL LIKE SHE WAS THE ONLY LITTLE GIRL IN THE WORLD & TOOK THE TIME TO TALK TO MOM & DAD TOO.
