**Update: Kelley was able to prescribe an immunosuppressant cream that cleared up the rash (on my face!) for sometime now.
I arrived 30 min early for my apt. Sat down expecting to wait... I didn't even wait 5 minutes! Very through and friendly. Love their office.
Do NOT frequent this dermatologist unless you have high premium insurance or large pocketbooks. While the staff and doctors are professional, the front office is well below par. Do NOT expect them to be honest, clear as to your financial bill, even after showing your insurance card to be basic. Office and Doctor will assure you on second visit that you are all paid,(Have credit card & statement plus paid double what I was told the lab would charge.), but 6 weeks later will still receive another bill for Umbillable charges.?#? Go to another dermatologist even if you have to wait longer.
Rebecca helped me tremendously after my GP could not understand or resolve a stubborn, itchy rash that was driving me crazy! Very happy with the care I received. Office and nursing staff was also very caring and thorough. I highly recommend Forest Dermatology.
My PA found an atypical melanoma on my calf. I was 37 at the time. Potentially, if this had been missed, it could've easily killed me. For that, I am very grateful. My PA, Kelley, is on time with her appointments and very thorough in her examinations.
My frustration is that I've had non-life threatening skin issues that haven't been resolved by treatment at this office. This complaint might be with the field of dermatology in general, though.
I did injections in this clinic. I did Robeka. I am happy, but I do not like the service. I needed an interpriter, the clinic then forgot, then what excuses. As a result, I refused the services of this clinic. I did not like how they treated customers.
