Dr Melvin was very professional, thorough, and personable. He gave me a complete exam, explaining what he was doing and what his findings were. I was very satisfied with my visit. I think he's an excellent doctor.
I just was seen by the WORST ENT I have ever experienced.I have had major hearing loss,pain,and congestion in my left ear for 2 weeks.He did nothing but say it was "a little red,but nothing that would cause pain".He then said it was all in my head,accused me of wanting pain meds,not knowing I have been recovering for 4 years,and would not touch any mood altering substance if my life depended on it!I would just like to be able to HEAR!!!!!!He did nothing but say go back to my Internist,who recommended I see an ENT..Little does this creep know that I am an RN in the area...I will take him down.Have made contact with the Ethics Board,he will be hearing from them.STAY AWAY!!!!
