Posting a review bc I read them and their absence almost sent me to a different DR. So, I have been looking for a DR that was willing to have a collaborative dialogue with me in sussing out how to get me back on track health-wise. I lean towards not taking Rx or OTC meds, preferring to try to heal imbalances or disease states w/ more natural means but if the disease state is acute enough or I lack the time required for a more natural approach then I'm perfectly happy taking prescribed meds. I am the type of person that wants to resolve the root cause not just deal with symptoms. I *was* seeing a DR who was more about her authority and took it personally (it seemed anyways) when I didn't want to take synthroid (mild hypothyroid condition). We eventually compromised on Natural Desiccated Thyroid, but only after a real power struggle. That is exactly what I don't want with my DR. I felt like I got exactly the opposite in Chad Krisel - he had an openness that I very highly value and that I think will work well for my particular health and psychological needs.
