Customer service is horrible here. I have been in several times and I always want to think next time will be better but I cannot spend my money here anymore each time I come in my experience it's worse in the last . The lines are always long and I will not pay they were over inflated prices for bad service.definitely the worst Petsmart I've ever been into.
Took my dog to the beginning and intermediate training classes. We both loved it. Liz is a wonderful trainer and is super helpful. I loved learning how to communicate with my dog. Hope to complete the advanced class in the spring. I highly recommend it.
The store is always clean, well-stocked, and hosts fun events. Also, the staff are always more than helpful. I have been shopping this location for over 4 years and I have not had a single negative experience.
Wonderful groomers and a great Petsmart! They were very thorough and gave my Duke, a sweet, adopted Bassett Hound, the star treatment. He was happy when I picked him up despite his anxiety issues. Kristyn is especially knowledgeable, but the whole staff seems professional and genuinely friendly. Thanks for treating us well and we look forward to seeing you again soon...
Great selection of pet supplies. The groomers at this location are awesome and very kind, always caring about my dogs well being. Whenever my baby goes to see Kristyn she always comes back looking like a rock star.
