Meg is a good vet. The surgery itself was a success. She saw our horses & dogs when I was a kid and my dad never used a different vet. She even saved one of our dogs after being hit by a car (I will always be grateful for that). I have no issues with Meg. I just wish she would get more qualified and better trained staff. Her prices are more affordable than other offices which helps when your on a budget.

Dr. Pressley is an eminently capable veterinarian and surgeon. She is always compassionate and friendly. Her staff is competent and caring. Care of pets is accomplished at home and veterinary care is designed to support that, not supplant it.

I have always heard great things about Fox Run. I also have always had great experiences with them. However today has changed that. 1st off I go online and call them to check their hours of business for today and both places told me the hours they were suppose to be open, once I get there after waiting for some time, I am informed that they were not taking patients today, only doing scheduled surgeries. Okay, no big deal. However I was bringing my dog who had a pretty big laceration to his neck, of which he ended up needing surgery. Upon explaining what was going on and I even told them that I understood that they couldn't see him today, I asked them if they could help refer me to another facility so I could get it taken care of. The doctor told me no I can't give you anywhere to go and that was it. I'm not going to tell you not to go there, but just know they were great for me, until they pretty much told me, during a pet emergency, that there was no way they were gonna help me. I will not be back.

The people at Fox Run were amazing wonderful people and we appreciate everything they've done for the puppies today we definitely will be back

I am rating Fox Run two stars based on the staff. When I originally called to schedule a surgery appointment they told me not to feed or water my rabbit after midnight, then said nevermind there’s no food restrictions for rabbits (after I questioned her). When I took my rabbit in to be spayed and they beat on the carrier to get her out (rabbits do not handle stress well and can have a heart attack easily). Then they placed her in the kennels surrounded by dogs and cats (which stressed her more). When I picked her up after surgery I was given no post-op instructions or pain medication for my rabbit (I was told she didn’t need it). I called the next day to inquire about pain medication because my rabbit was not eating or drinking (it’s very dangerous for a rabbit to go without food for 12hrs) and was first told by the receptionist that there is no pain medicine to give a rabbit, then I was told to bring her in so they could weigh her to give her pain medication (this was after I told the receptionist to speak with Meg). I questioned why she wasn’t weighed the day before when she had surgery and I was told that they either didn’t do it or forgot to write it down!!! What?!

The vet and staff were very compassionate and comforting during my dog's final visit to the vet. It's been nice knowing he was in good hands during his last moments and I am eternally grateful for that. They did everything they could to soften what was the worst day of my life, both for myself and for my dog.
