I shop at this location and always have received great service!
i found a bracelet and a couple of pendants. I figured about 200 $300 worth and no one would help me. Customer service. they just stood around polishing the jewelry. i asked one of four employees to get it out. She looked up the price told me the price and walked off. I feel like i was wasting their time. Feel so frustrating!!!
My friend and I visited this store today and we were so pleased with Kasi's assistance. She was so helpful and kept a positive attitude throughout all of our questions and requests the whole time she was with us. I'll definitely stop back by next time I'm in the area!
