He was very pleasant and helpful through out the process and didn't even charge us anything at the end of this task! Definitely left a wonderful impression. I had been holding onto my grandmother's wedding bands and birthstone ring for a few years. They were given to me after her death, as my mom knew how special my grandmother was to me. Her rings had been cut off her finger years ago while she was in the nursing home, so they needed to be put back together and sized. My husband suggested we get it done this year as a Christmas gift to me, so after driving by their store one day, I went into John Laughter Jewelry to see how much it would cost. The staff was immediately so helpful, and also acknowledged how much I value these rings. The cost was very reasonable and it took no time at all to get it done. I am so happy with the finished product - the rings are beautiful, just as I remembered on my grandmother. I have a big birthday coming up and my husband wanted to buy me a special piece of jewelry. I went into John Laughter Jewelry by myself to look and was greeted by Grant Laughter who helped me hone into what I was looking for. He was so helpful and friendly. I found 2 rings that I loved, and Grant sent me pictures that I could share with my husband. I brought my husband back in, and again Grant was super helpful and I picked out the perfect yellow diamond ring. Grant made a great suggestion to customize the ring to make it even more beautiful!
