So friendly and helpful. They make you feel comfortable and explain everything to you when designing your engagement and wedding rings. The boutique is beautiful. This is how shopping for jewelry should be. Not stuffy and stale like other jewelry stores can be. I recommend this place to everyone!
Lauren and the team at Fox & Beaux create beautiful designs and are so easy to work with! Even though I am not from Asheville I did not notice the distance as we finalized a design and order for a custom wedding band over email. The design process and renderings sent were very accurate and the final product fits with my engagement ring perfectly.

Lauren and Tristan are awesome. I purchased a watch at their lovely store in May. The watch was under warranty and the Canadian company wanted to charge my $$$ to send the watch to them to troubleshoot and then $$$ to send back to me. Tristan and Lauren stepped in and the issues went away. The company agreed to replace the watch and pay for all the shipping costs, which is the way it should be anyway. Top notch establishment, staff and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend a visit here when in Asheville. You won't be disappointed, guaranteed. They have a very extensive artsy product line
