I came to Kay's to get my grandmother's heirloom ring resized. The staff were super polite and answered all my questions. The ring fits great now. I would recommend this jeweler.
The salesperson assured my son that if he bought the engagement ring, he could bring it back to Jared's in Asheville the next day and they would resize it because Jared's is a sister store. She said she had taken a ring that day and had it resized. This is not true. Called Jared's to bring ring and they said Kay's must send the ring and it takes up to two weeks. We would have been fine with this if only the salesperson had been truthful instead of saying anything to make a sure sale. If Kays is untruthful about one thing???
I took in my watch to get the battery replaced! They were so amazing and very polite. The watch was fixed super quick and I was on my way! I’ll definitely come back for my future needs.
Had my ring re-pronged and it was sent off to be done. When I got it back it was so poorly done that the prongs picked holes in my clothes from snagging. I told them and they wanted to charge me again for re-pronging the ring. Also the rhodium layer didn't last but 3 months and I take care of my jewelry. Huge disappointment! Don't go to Kay's for repairs because they all send them to the same place. GO TO CREASMAN'S THEY DO REPAIRS AND WORK IN HOUSE.
