Mike is the consummate professional. He gave us great advice when preparing our house in West Asheville for listing in order to get the best outcome. We had 7 offers within 5 days of listing and selected an offer that was 12% higher than the list price. On closing day a serous issue with property prevented us from closing and infinitely delayed the process until the issue could be resolved. Mike took control of the situation which required a number of outside parties to resolve the problem. He coordinated all parties involved and held them to task until everything was resolved to the buyers liking. 10 days later we closed at the original price and everyone left happy. I was afraid the deal would fall through but Mike successfully salvaged the deal. I couldn't be more pleased with his effort and knowledge and agree that he deserves every 5 star review here.
