Pat and Donna were managing my rental property, which was purchased through my IRA account, a bit more complicated then owned in my name. There were tenants interested in buying the property which did not happen. I asked them to list the property and they came up with a good price and what I needed to do to get the house ready for sale (this is a very important part of the process). It was a fairly easy from my side. They took care of many details including finding someone to do repairs after the home inspection and lawn maintenance while it was listed.
Donna was a wealth of knowledge. After months with another agent she was able to give us solid guidance to sell quickly. Great team who are joys to work with.
