A miserable agency to work with as a renter. Hardly ever there to answer the phone, they misplaced important documents regarding my rental several times, regularly rude or seemingly uncaring both on the phone or in person. They even misplaced my security deposit check and won't let me get a new one unless they close the old one and charge me a fee for the process. So glad I don't rent from them anymore.
This agency is very bad about communicating. They also don't care for the places like they should. I had a leak in the roof of my apartment and told them about it in mid March. It is late June and no one has come to inspect it or fix it. The tile was coming up when I moved in and no one has fixed it yet.

For 12 years I’ve lived in an apartment building managed by ARC Agency. Throughout the whole time the people at ARC Agency have been friendly, responsible and thorough in their attention to tenants and to the building. At least once a year they and the owners of the building do a complete inspection of the property, listing anything that needs attention. And they have always followed through with repairs or enhancements of the building and grounds.
I would not even give them one star! I don't know how they stay in business. Crappy attitudes and they contract work to there spouses. So I have a disgusting smoker who loves to show butt
If I could give a minus to this group I would... They are not honest! Giving someone over a week to take a place when they told me within 24 hours if they had not signed the agreement, it would go to me... So now a week later, still have heard nothing, except a responds to my text, who is this? Unbelievable... They never returned any calls would say, let me call you back after I check and nothing... Then the best, 3 days into all of this, I called once more and Jan answered and stated after she had spoke with me about 12 times and never followed up as she said she would that, ready..... she had nothing to do with the agreement, knew nothing about it and did not recall our emails, phone calls anything... she said someone else in office was handling things. I dont have words, honesty how to they remian open and if I was a home owner I would pull my property beacuse they do not have the best intentions for your property at all! I have a mind to look at all there properties, pull the tax records and contact all owners to tell them exactly what type of so called professionals they are working with, just horrible. I am still in shock at what took place!!!!
Everyone at ARC Agency is professional, efficient and friendly. It’s been a pleasure to live in an apartment that is managed and maintained by such nice people.
