This team worked seamlessly to make sure we knew about the next steps and helped answer all of our questions in a timely fashion. Joanna Baker was both fun and professional to work with. If it couldn't get any better they are heavily involved with community events and being active around town. They invite us to various events all the time. We feel not just a business transaction was made but also some solid good friendships were made too.

Asheville is a tricky and competitive market, and you need Jeff's negotiation skills and market intelligence to navigate and achieve your goals. Jeff and Leigh are both very mellow and friendly but are strong advocates for your position in the transaction. I would not let any friend of mine use another realtor.
My family bought out first home this past August and we didn't know much about the process. Jeff explained the process well and made sure we understood what we were doing. There contacts for lenders, lawyers are top notch skilled and priced well. We tried to shop around but at the end of the day, there recommendations were the best. She listened to what we wanted, and stuck with us. We took 9 months to find a house that was just right for us and she was there the whole time to find new listings and get us into showings. Never showed any signs of getting inpatient with our "pickyness" Once we finally got accepted into contract we couldn't have felt more comfortable with Joanna and this team. They answered all of our questions promptly and clearly. Guided us the whole way. Joanna was a champ with negotiating in our best interest, she was committed to represent us and make sure our end was the best negotiation we could get.
