I currently have coverage for my automobiles, homeowners and other insurance needs through Smart Insurance Agency. I now consider Rick to be not only my insurance agent, but also a very close friend.
When I got into a car accident out of state (with the other driver at fault), Smart Insurance went above and beyond! They were fast at sending my documents to me and to the at fault company. Smart Insurance walked me through every step and made sure that I got what I deserved out of the accident. The at fault company tried to tell me they wouldn’t allow certain things, like having my car towed back into state (at their expense) and letting me decide where to have my car fixed (which at fault company told me I only had 2 choices) Smart Insurance recommended me to the best local body shop and gave me advice that I wouldn’t have known to ask for.
