I've had nothing but good experiences. I like the ability to schedule service, the waiting area is comfortable and the concierge service is a welcome plus! The mechanic work is excellent, too.
Parking was the way I like it, ample, easy and free - not that common in Asheville.
The people in the auto department are always friendly and eager to help. Very willing to explain any issues your car might have, and accurate with their (waiting) time estimation. Fixed a minor issue I had with my car the other day at no charge. Yes, sometimes they are backed up/slow, but they're up front with you about how long the wait will be.
The two people I dealt with were both quite nice, friendly and helpful.
A battery that I had purchased from AAA had died and I took it in to be tested. It was found defective so they gave me a new battery. Staff was very pleasant. Was Alfred coffee tea or filtered water while I waited. Also picked up travel about brochures that I needed.
Just went in to get reduced price Biltmore estate tickets. That didn't take long. They gave a really nice selection of travel items - Baggalini, etc. I didn't have much time to look around, so bought nothing.
I was so glad when aaa came to town, thinking oh good a place I can trust. Today I thought to read others experiences there. The negative ones are all similar to mine. After they put new tires on ,I went to the store and came out and one of my tired was totally flat. That is only one I will mention and my last visit there. But , like I said, I had the same experiences the other people had.
