I agree with the other reviewer. The claims agents for this company will not return calls and they stall as long as possible when working a claim. This company gives small insurance agencies a bad name
Do not use this agency in Asheville unless you plan to never have a claim. They will lie, cheat and steal and do whatever is necessary not to pay! Consider yourself warned. They even LIED to the Insurance Comissioner in Raleigh. Go ANYWHERE else!!!!!!! I use GEICO and am very very happy.
