The entire staff was courteous and helpful, and one lady was so thankful for our business that she even hugged me. She smelled nice also. I think her name was Gretta.
Excellent staffs went extra miles for me. They are willing to help you no matter how complicated your situation is. Everything was explained in friendly manner with time. I was able to get my first business insurance started without any problem. Highly recommended.
Spectacularly unhelpful. I’m giving ISA two stars instead of one, because I didn’t get past the secretary. Very rude, and curt. I was brushed aside twice, given advice for an ill-fitting policy where I didn’t have the opportunity to give enough information to ISA to pick a fitting policy, and basically told to go speak to another agency if I wanted something different. I wanted to speak with an actual agent to get help filling out a confusing form, again, denied. I still can’t believe the rudeness, considering it’s turning away new business.
All in all ISA is a great business full of good people who are more than willing to go that extra mile to help out their customers, even when they just need a hug.
