Best place to rent to own!
A friend of mine was faithful with her payments. She got cancer and went through chemotherapy. She called the store and let Jennifer (store manager)know she was on disability and couldn't make her payments. Jennifer had no compassion and replied with "our payment plan is our payment plan". Jennifer sent her employees to "attempt to reach the customer" they would come every two days even after the store had turned it over to renewal retention. They would knock on windows and every door she had for about twenty minutes! This is harassment at best! DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS STORE!!
I was treated very professionally delivery ponctional with extra help on hook up and removal of old apliance off my deck. 120 days same as cash was wonderful. My experience with this company has been has been. Exceptional
These guys are total jerks plain and simple, went there to get a computer and they were rude and made up excuses and nit picked every detail of my moms application as if they didn't want to let her rent one. They made us wait and gave us a run around for about 3 hours and at the end we got so frustrated that we walked out, and one of the guys who works there and looks as if he has swallowed a watermelon got rude with us and said that we wouldn't get a computer even from another Aarons.. I mean the guys that work here spend all their time in the back bunch of worthless pathetic excuses for human beings.. he even sunk as low as to rip my 60 yr old mothers coupon up that she had brought in, well I hope he cashed it in for a toupee.. there are other Aarons that I would recommend you go to instead, and YES I did go to another Aarons and get a touch screen hp computer and printer even got a months payment slid down and don't own a payment until april.. so yeah go somewhere else unless you want to wait all day while these guys go down on each other.
