Extremely helpful and patient. Nina the interior designer was responsive and had great ideas. She spent hours creating a fun and helpful presentation and made us feel special. The staff is fantastic. Ask for Nina the interior designer. She will make you happy.
We have visited this store twice in the past month...once to look at recliners and love seats, and the second time to place an order. The entire staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, but Jeff Seymour was outstanding in his thoughtful and thorough service as we worked up the order. Because we live some distance from the store, there was a question about quick delivery of an in-stock recliner, but it was resolved and I am happily enjoying my new chair, one week after purchasing it.
Jeff Spencer was so helpful and patient with our family- very considerate of our budget and needs. Even though it took us an hour to look we settled on the first thing he showed us because he listened to what we needed and it truly was the perfect item - a very good experience with quality furniture and sales people know their product!

We were very pleased with the exceptional customer service experience we received from both Justin (design & sales consultant) and Nina (interior designer). Justin and Nina listened attentively to our needs, visited our home to observe the space we wanted re-designed, and brought us a plan that was lovely and completely in line with our tastes and the look and feel of the rest of our home. Additionally, when we first visited the La-Z-Boy store, we had our two little girls (ages 6 and 4) with us, and the entire team at the store helped to make them and us feel at home. They even permitted them to race around the storage room in the back while we shopped. We had a delightful experience and will certainly be coming back for more.
This was the best shopping experience we have had in a long time. Our salesperson was amazing. Her name is Amanda Waynick. She spent so much time with us showing all the options for what we wanted. We left there feeling we had made the right decision and we didn't feel rushed to make a decision. Please, if you are looking for well made furniture for a great price go see this store and Amanda. You will be glad you did. We also met her manager (Shelly), who made us feet welcome. Wonderful staff.
