My experience with Four Corners Home was extremely disappointing. I purchased a bedside table for $299+$40 shipping and had it shipped to my home. When I received the table, which took 3 weeks to arrive, it was damaged. After working with UPS per Four Corners Home's request, the claim for the damaged piece was denied so the only option I was left with was to ship the piece back on my dime to get a refund. I spent $109 shipping the piece back. Bottom line...I paid $159 total in shipping costs and have nothing but a poor customer experience to show for it. I will not shop with Four Corners again.
Great selections and prices. Customer service was fantastic and the delivery team was really excellent. Glad we found Four Corners on a trip to Asheville.
Incredible customer service. We bought two motorized reclining chairs from Four Corners about nine months ago. On Monday this week one of the motors froze and the chair would no longer recline. I called (Melissa) that morning and within 24 hours two staff (Taylor and Joe) came out to assess the problem. They spent 15 minutes trying to fix the problem and then said "the motor is frozen and the best solution we have is to replace the chair with a new one". I was pleased and asked when they could replace it. The response was "how about right now--we have the same chair in our truck outside". Talk about taking care of your customers! SUPER impressive. If you want a store that is filled with competent and trustworthy folks, with very stylish quality products at fair prices, this is your place!!

Attractive design but the furniture feels lower quality, equal to maybe Ashley or other affordable brands. That's not bad but for Ethan Allen prices I'd stay away
UPDATE: After hearing about my poor experience, Bill, one of the owners, contacted me directly. He was extremely apologetic and rectified the situation immediately and refunded my shipping charges. Next time I'm in Asheville, I'll definitely stop by and give them another chance. Thank you, Bill.
