Excellent experience here. Salesman was polite and not pushy. Made the experience that much better. Couch and chairs were ordered with ease and delivered as expected. Will return soon for more Furniture purchases.
I have only purchased here once (bunkbeds) and had a great experience. I'm not used to receiving a ton of service so it was an awesome treat to have the guys carry in and assemble everything.
The worst experience ever. Found a nice looking 2 seat recliner, bought it. Right hand seat broke. Repair person sent, repair lasted 1 month. Called again repair person sent, installed new part... backwards. Broke again, now out of warranty. My Problem now.
We did not make a purchase during our visit, but I really enjoyed looking around and browsing and getting ideas. We also appreciated the fact that the sales staff did not descend on us like vampires when we walked in.
What an awesome experience! Great service, awesome deals, and wonderful prices. Went in to look for daybeds/sleepers for our guests. John Cleveland helped us and was very knowledgeable about each product. We made our purchase Sunday 10/29 and was given a delivery date of Thurs 11/2 between 9am-1pm. The delivery arrived at 8am and the men did a great job bringing the sleeper upstairs despite tight quarters. No scratches or damage to the walls! I am very impressed and satisfied! Thank you for your great service and for complying with all dates and times. I will be back as a customer!
