When I went to pick up my order first of all the nice lady (I didn't get her name) that was at the pick up desk could only find 1 of my orders, so she went to ask another lady who's name was Angela. I think maybe she was a manager but not sure. Anyway she found my order and it was different than the discription online. Angela knew that there had been a mistake on the website and was quick to explain that to me before I even said anything. She told me that she would honor what it said and make it right for me. She was super nice and helpful and apologized multiple times for the wrong description online and apologized for not having the right order together when I got there. (They did have the order together but not what product described online) no fault on their part at all as I'm sure they didn't not know if I was going to take what the product was suppose to be or what it was described as. Anyway kind of confusing to type. But anyway she went above and beyond to make sure that I was 100% happy and satisfied. I love this target, all employees I've ever dealt with are outstanding. I hope target continues to have excellent customer service and super employees. I also wanna just say thank you to Angela for helping my get my order right.
Wish I could give it less than that. My brother used to come here quite a bit and spent around $500 each in the course of a few days. We would wait in the cafe for about 20-30 minutes after buying breakfast so we could relax before the day started. One day I decide to actually get something at the cafe and while their making my food I decided to make conversation with one of the employees who I might note was pretty attractive. After speaking with her I noticed that she self-harmed, so I just decided to compliment her and tell her she was very beautiful to which she laughed and thanked me. No problem right? 2 days later the manager of the store approaches me with security and says a number of the team members reported me for harassment towards her and would appreciate if I wouldn't speak to her again. So obviously they want you to just buy something and get the f**k out. Talk about terrible hospitality.
Have not visited this store in several years. It was remodeled and clean. Much improved.
