The store was in disarray. Medicine products were all over the shelf. You couldn't tell the price. Got to the register with a pair of shoes. Wrong price on them. Didn't purchase them. The last rang the merchandise up with no tape. Had to go to customer services to get a receipt. Not a good experience. Will not be back here.
Service desk lady extremely rude, yelling at me for no apparent reason. Pretty embarrassing especially when there is a store full of people! Yelling at me there is nothing she can do to speed up an oline order that I Received an email stating was ready for pickup. Not show in her system. Yelling it was not her fault they were short staffed. If she can not handle the pressure of customer service she needs to not work the front.
I know this is hard to believe but no registers were open except customer service and they told customers they were closing their register too. Prices are hard to find on many items. I wasn't told that I had $17 in Kmart rewards that I could have used until after the transaction. I would hate to loose this Kmart because it is so convenient to where we live, but I feel like it's just a matter of time before all of the Kmarts are closed.
It wasn't busy so for a quick trip in to get some moleskin but for about 7 customers we all decided to check out at once. The cashier was very friendly and gave me a warm greeting! Don't remember his name but I think he was a red head.
Has a lot of things that are nice but not a selection of dishes
