No refund? From a major retailer? Literally 10 min after purchase? With the receipt that is dated and time stamped? You got me once, I will take my business elsewhere, and I will convince as many people as I can to shop elsewhere too. Ridiculous.
Sandra --not sure which Department but helped us across the board with several items--was exceptionally helpful: kind, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient in checking whether particular items were in stock or available on line, offering to find them on the floor or ordering them for us. We were most impressed and grateful!
A manager named Frank was very very helpful with ordering a specific item that was out of stock and making sure I knew when it would arrive. Thank you for the great service.
