I had the best customer service ever here, even better than any other store I have been in. Me and my sister were in dying need of some new jeans and this women, cant remember her name, helped me and my sister out so much. She was constantly running back and forth grabbing us different sizes, different types of jeans, and helping us pick out the best type of jeans for our body type. She helped both of us out for over an hour. I walked out of the store with 2 pairs of jeans, and my sister walked out with 4. We LOVE them!
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I may not be the typical Lucky Brand patron (under 30) but I like Lucky Brand clothes and have bought several pieces in the past. I will never go in this particular store again. There were 3 sales people talking with each other, no greeting, no info about the sale that was going on, nothing, completely ignored. Needless to say, I left without making a purchase.
