Great shop..
Terrible customer service in the Lands End department. Asked one of the associates if they had a specific shirt my grandmother wanted. I showed her the picture and had the style number. She said oh those are over there on the wall. I said thank you, I saw those but the style number and price don't match what's in the catalogue. The associate said well it's basically the same thing. (No it's not, the fabric and cut are different). Meanwhile the other associate kept chomping on peanuts or something behind the counter not being helpful at all. They don't know the products and clearly hate their jobs. Tammy and the younger girl with the brown bob need a new job, not in customer service.
The staff is great and very helpful and knowledgeable about their product. The product seems expensive but after all it's guaranteed forever, and to bring it back under the guarantee, is very easy with the wonderful staff
Great company to work for. Only problem is it’s inside of blood sucking Sears.
