Mitchell in customer service is great. We needed to order something and there were computer problems. He was persistent and patient, even though it took 20 minutes. As we were leaving, my daughter complimented one of the button pins he was wearing & he took it off and gave it to her "for being so patient". It made her night!

Well... I got cat ears that said "Meow" on them, and the meow part fell off. The ears still look nice though. Maybe they should make the material stronger. Other than that everything else I got there hasn't broken!
