I wish I could leave ZERO STARS....horrible customer service.... used to love this store but made the mistake of buying something online and they took the money out of my bank account and I had it set up to ship to store. it processed and it showed on my bank statement. days go by and my husband got an email saying it was ready for pick up we go pick it up and then that evening we check our bank statement to see we have a lot less. they took out for the product AGAIN!!!.... our Bank NEVER showed that they deposited the money BACK into our account after taking it out the first time when I payed for it online nothing showed in our statements of a new deposit or anything. I shop online ALOT and NEVER have I heard of a company taking out for the product at time of purchase just to put it back into the account and then to take it out again.... FIX YOUR ONLINE PURCHASING PROCESS BABIES R US. NEVER buying from the company again ONLINE OR IN THE STORE...
Came in to buy item that is buy 1 get one 50% off. But store manager denied to take them because she stated, 'that would make the item free, you can do only one' eigher buy 1 get one half off or my $17 coupon that was honored to me by the company.
I love the store. They are a little pricey but have good quality things
would not recommend this store due to rude and unfriendly managers. They sure don't care about their customers.
