The gentlemen who work at Jimmys have the best customer service in the industry! I always feel confident that my car service will be handled properly. You can tell they go above and beyond to communicate thoroughly and that they value their customers. I also feel like I'm a part of the family and they know me by name :) I absolutely love and appreciate the loaner car program! It improves the process and experience which would otherwise be stressful somewhere else. I highly recommend Jimmys! I've already told my friends :)

Heard about Jimmy's from the Pete Calendar show on the radio and from many other people. Was looking for a new shop to take my new car for regular maintenance and if problems should arise later in the years of ownership. Definitely am impressed with them. They are very professional and friendly. I called to make an appointment to have my car serviced but line was busy and did not leave a message, waited a few more minutes and line was still busy and again did not leave a message. On my third try spoke to TJ and set the appointment. You would think that was the end of it but no. Phone rang later and it was Brian calling back saying he noticed I had called several times and how could he help me. I have been in customer service for many years and know of no company that would go through that trouble to call someone back especially if they did not leave a message. Could not believe it. Was totally awed by it. This business and people are awesome and will have my business always for all three of our cars. Thank you to them all. And yes, did an excellent job on my car.
Brian White saved my life! I am a college student struggling just to get food and when I had car trouble from another shop he went WAY out of his way to call the other place and have them fix it for free. He didn’t try to make me pay for anything he truly was as nice as any customer service rep could be. I will 100% be going back!!! They made me calm down from the situation and I truly couldn’t be any more thankful!!!
