It would have been nice to have had a sales person who knew how to replace my wiper blades. It took both and one simply gave up and went back into the store. The other I was afraid he was going to break the arm off before it was over.
The customer service is amazing here. Bought a used car with custom wheels and wheel locks but soon learned there was no key. These guys were so helpful in finding what would work to get them off without the key and didn't charge us for the tools that didn't work. Finally got the locks off with their help. Really incredible service.

Had a problem Wednesday when I went to leave the VA hospital across the street. Store manager was great. The counter guy, Will, was phenomenal. Gladly did the work I would normally be able to do myself. Many thanks to both.
I have always had wonderful service at this location. I am always asked as soon as I walk in if I need help/what I am looking for, and they have always been good to offer or ask if I need assistance putting parts on my car when I get them.
The staff here, and most Autozones, are examples of how customer service should be presented...a great return policy, and a thoroughly knowledgeable staff.
It's MUCH easier to get my parts and supplies here than going to Wally World and fighting through their awkward auto departments.
