Nice place with attentive staff. Nice shops and restaurants. One even gave us our coffee to go for free and said Merry Christmas!
My husband and I stayed Sunday through Tuesday. We bought the candlight package and it was worth every penny. We had shuttle to the Biltmore house, antler village is basically right outside your door. Breakfast was included in the package and it was excellent! Very lovely stay!
This is quite pricey. The hotel is well appointed, but if you want to eat breakfast, you will be spending about $50/couple. The food, however, is really tasty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They took good care of us.
Great place to spend our anniversary! We spent 4 days here and we loved every minute. The only negative thing I can think of would be the lack of live music outside in the evening while we were there. Hotel service was great, restaurants were amazing (especially Cedric's), the shuttle service is great to get around to the other hotel or the Estate, and the winery was fantastic. If you want a casual hotel this is your place...if you want to feel more like the Vanderbilt's you will want to stay at The Inn. We loved it all!
Had a lot of fun. We stayed here as we were passing through to visit family. Rented bicycles and rode them to the mansion, was a lot of fun. Definitely needed more than one night to enjoy everything. Will be back again. Rooms were nice and clean. Everyone was friendly.
