Make your breakfast free. With ton of breakfast options nearby people can easily go there. And since there are 4 other hotels next to you. It might bring business.

The hotel is new and the staff are very welcoming. The three stars is for the fact that during the three night day, I 'lost' one item of clothes a day, rendering me without any pajamas for the last night I stayed there. The staff was understanding...but I am still missing one shirt, one pair of leggings and a necklace. Otherwise nice hotel.

The staff made our client feel special. Not just answering his questions or making sure he had everything he needed, but doing it in a caring way. After his review we know we can recommend this Holiday Inn & Suites to others.

Stayed here 2 nights. This is a new build they opened their doors in June 2017. Rooms were clean. One advise for the management.

Even though it was a quick stay, Brandon loved the location. There's plenty to explore in Biltmore Village.

The fitness center was spotless, with enough options to get a full workout, which is different from so many hotel fitness centers.

Just heard from our more than satisfied client Brandon Maddox after his stay at this Holiday Inn & Suites. Brandon is constantly traveling so when it comes to hotels, his words carry a lot of weight.

Hotel was nice. Staff are very friendly. The kitchen needs more help. Service was slow because of lack of employees. I was disappointed that there was no coffee in the front lobby. Most other hotels serve coffee all day. I was told this was a corporate decision since there is coffee available in the rooms. I think that was a bad decision by corporate. They should have coffee and tea available to their guests. It's all about customer service.

Clean and very nice. We stayed here two nights and found it quiet and comfortable. Good desk space and plenty of 110v outlets and USB charging outlets just were you want them. Comfortable beds and a huge TV in each room. The shower was huge! We rented two rooms. Breakfast is expensive so we went elsewhere but there is no easy way to walk downtown from here, it's a steep driveway with no pedestrian walk. If you want to go to the village I would prefer to walk since finding parking there is like playing musical chairs. Get a room that faces the highway for a good view, the other way only looks into the hill and other peoples private houses. If they had a free breakfast I would give it five stars.

He raved about this new hotel. Everything felt fresh, modern and clean. He loved his room, spacious, comfortable and plenty of outlets. Also, very quiet-had a great night's sleep.
