An incredible experience. The rooms were nice and clean. The amenities, especially the rooftop bar, were incredible. We were walking distance from all of the nice restaurants and shops downtown. Overall, a great experience.
Had a quick overnight stay en route from Nashville to Charlotte. Every staff member I encountered was extremely friendly. The environment is modern but relaxed. The 9th floor bar was busy, with good drinks and a live band. Cannot beat the location, right downtown- walking distance to many restaurants, shops and bars!
This place has been so good to me both times I've stayed there. We got married this past weekend and they went above and beyond to help us out with everything we needed. The location is so convenient. Only main criticism would be that the rooms are very minimalistic, but I understand that's the style of the AC brands. I would definitely stay here again!
This was our first stay at the new AC hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were in great order and the staff was amazing. We had drinks in the rooftop bar and the view definitely did not disappoint. As far as location goes, this is right in the center of downtown with very short walks to breweries, restaurants and shopping. This will replace the Rennaissance as our hotel of choice in Asheville and we look forward to coming back!
Location, Location, Location. Room was very nice and clean however there was no place for storage. No shelves or drawers to unpack. Balcony was "okay" not really worth the price in my opinion. Rooftop was also very very nice but drinks were not as great as you'd expect. Pet friendly! No breed limitations. I can't wait to get a dog. I would definitely stay here again just not a balcony room. Great service.
