Pushy sales person, who did not really know what she was talking about; came to deliver the bed and they DID NOT have the brackets needed to attach to my headboard. We discussed this twice before delivery. When trying to call to see if they had them, would order them, cannot get an answer. In fact, they hardly will answer the phone. Totally, no Customer Service. So now, we cannot sleep in the bed til they attach it to the headboard, as when you try to adjust it, the headboard prevents movement, as it is just leaning against the wall. It is too heavy to move. I would advise looking somewhere else. I have made four calls, and no one will call back. I plan on going to the store.
Love my new mattress w/adjustable frame. Very knowledgeable sales manager and great pricing. I had back and neck issues which are now resolved as a result of understanding the client's needs. Good business practice, delivery and installation all top notch. Thanks guys even the dog is sleeping better!
My husband and I by accident stopped at Sleepworld in Asheville late-October. Actually, we were going to look for a queen size mattress at a nearby store. We never got there because of Debbie. She is very knowledgeable and not high pressure. She considered our specific needs and recommended a Mlily queen that we bought and love! Demetrius and Tyreel delivered our mattress and said we did not need the rollers we had ordered because of the ease of moving the bed on our carpet. We phoned Debbie and she graciously cancelled the rollers. We are very happy customers!
