Stayed there a bunch. They are one of the best hotels in Asheville from a chain perspective. Only small complaint is they have a small workout facility for the size of their hotel. Otherwise it is great...food is good, location is close to downtown Asheville. Employees are very nice and accommodating.
A really nice quiet place to stay. Everyone is friendly, the service is great. Everything you need, only issue is TGIFridays is attached,but nevertheless there are some good to great restaurants nearby!
Warm, tasty cookies as always. Friendly staff and good amenities. Good location near Biltmore Village. Room wasn't perfectly clean, but acceptable.
Nice place with a welcoming staff. Good rooms. Mine had an awesome shower! Wish the pillows we're better than the typical stuffed with feathers style.
Great place to stay! Every member of the staff was very friendly, accommodations were clean, great indoor pool. Restaurant serves great room service. Right next to the entrance of The Biltmore. Plenty of parking, will stay here again
