Service friendly. It snowed hard and most places were closed but the 2 ladies working provided cheerful service. Room comfortable as always. Great stay
Hotel staff very friendly! Rooms are nice. But could use an update. Lobby is clean and updated. Area is quiet situated away from busy hwy and there is a Carrabas right next door.
Service was prompt and informed. The key to the room was faulty but it worked every where else. I informed the attendant and I'm sure it was handled properly. (I was there for 1 night and no bother). The hotel was clean and in a ordiraly fashion. All in all recommended!!
Nice location, near mall and I-240. Closer to Biltmore than you may think, and much less expensive. Nice people, will stay again
Convenient and always clean. Had little bit of a tif with the host that night though. I'm military/college educator and he wanted me to furnish all my documentation in addition to my badge for my $13 discount...come on bro.
