Friendly staff. Sometimes like finding a needle in a haystack in those big stores but helpful staff to the rescue.
Terrible customer service. Waited for 35 minutes to get help with a simple item. Employees were walking around but they either turn the other way when they saw us or simply said that was not their department. Hate to compare with Lowes but when I visit their stores there is always an employee asking if they can help. You need to improve your customer service.
Just left our Fairview store. The customer desk was EXCEPTIONAL in helping me stop an online order. It was a large order, and the crew on my end cancelled, leaving me in a real bind. The woman tracked my order, got it sorted out after phone calls, online work, etc., and my order was cancelled and refunded. Thank you! She went above and beyond. Will certainly go back when I can reschedule.
I had good help with the tub surround. I did not get any help when looking for a storm door. I went to the service desk because I was going the have two items picked up. The girl did not know what she was doing. She had blue and pink hair . I went to self check out for my other items. The man who helped me was wonderful. He was kind, friendly, helpful, and was well aware of what his job was. He seems to be an outstanding employee.
I love how the staff knew the exact aisle and spot of the galvanized utility wire metal. Not only that but when I was trying to figure out where were the lamps a staff saw my frustration and gave me a helping hand right away. Thank you for caring. Keep up the amazing customer service you provide. Nice work environment. I just wish you can include instrumental and classical music such as baroque in the background music. Peace and joy in your heart.
