It sucked I went to4 different lowes from Shelby to asheville all saying they had what I wanted had hands on it and I get there and no they didn't have it or it had a crack or hole in it big enough to throw a basket ball through it. Asheville east lowes had it and thank you. (A 1 piece bath tub. #141784) Morganton Shelby Marion Hickory Lenoir all suck. You can't never get quality lumber or other materials. They are always out of it or its broke. I hope home depot comes here

We bought pine needles (which Lowes keeps stored in trailers in the lot). They said they had to call someone to unlock the trailer. 10 minutes passed, no one showed up. We went back and asked them to come unlock it, and they said it would be just a minute. 10 minutes passed again, no show. We went back and they told us it would be yet another minute. Still no response- we left. Thanks Lowes!
I've called the East Asheville, NC Lowes 5 times this morning trying to reach the Hardware department. First call operator connected me, no one answered then the call bounced me around twice then someone disconnected the call. Called back directly to the Hardware department someone picked up I said good morning the person hung up. Called a 3rd time unable to reach the operator at this point the call keeps looping the same store message. Call #4 directly to the Hardware department at 11:19 am someone picked up and immediately hung up! Final call the same as the third call. Not begging these bums to take my money!
Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Store was well stocked.
